Rome has four women’s Mikvaot, click here to see a full list, we suggest using Mikve Fadlun, described here, and the Mikve of Via Balbo. All Mikvaot require an appointment.
There is just one men’s Mikvah, see below.
Mikve Eliahu Fadlun of Piazza Bologna
The Mikva Eliahu Fadlun of Piazza Bologna in Via Famiano Nardini 15, includes a women’s, men’s and Kelim Mikva and was built in 2018 under the directives of Rabbi Meir Posen and is supervised by Rabbi Menachem Lazar.
The water in the Mikva is exclusively rainwater collected on the large roof directly above the Mikva.

The women’s Mikva has four preparation rooms, the Mikva itself has a reservoir on the side and one under (Bor al gabei Bor), both have continued hashoka. When the water level in the Mikva decreases, rainwater is added. The water is cleaned thanks to the latest filter technology approved by Rabbi Posen.
The women’s Mikva is open every night at sunset, appointments are required, to make an appointment please send a whatsapp to +39 392 255 8870.
The payment for the Mikva could be done by credit card, paypal or cash.

Men’s Mikvah – +39 333 813 0919
The Mikvah for men is also comprised of rainwater and has a lower reservoir (Bor al gabei Bor).
The men’s Mikva is usually open every morning from 7am to 9:30am, Sundays 8am to 10:30am, for Shabbat, Holidays and the eve of Shabbat and holidays please contact +39 333 813 0919 to confirm.
In this area, Piazza Bologna, the closest shuls are here.

Kelim Mikvah
The Mikva for utensils (kelim) has a reservoir underneath it, which was initially filled with rainwater, and tap water is added.
The Mikva was built with consideration for all the various opinions and customs.
Men can use the Mikvah Kelim in the morning, and women in the evening. Please contact the respective numbers to make an appointment.

We took an AirBNB in the Jewish Ghetto. Now I see that the men’s mikva is a bit far and is in Piazza Bologna. Would it recommended to change our AirBNB to the Piazza Bologna area. Is it safe to take an Uber early in the morning to go to the MIkva and Shul? Thanks
Yes, it’s safe.
Also, I see that the shuls near the mikva are about a 15 minutes walk. Is it safe to walk in that area?
Yes, it’s safe.
